Asthma and diabetes are conditions that cannot be cured, but you can control them.

If you or the child you are caring for has asthma or diabetes, please call Member Services at (877) 647-4848. Along with your healthcare provider, we can help you manage your condition to keep you living healthy.

If you or the child you are caring for needs special healthcare for a condition other than asthma or diabetes, please call Member Services at (877) 647-4848 We will put you in touch with a MHS nurse to talk about the condition.

Health on Track

If you have diabetes, MHS’ Health on Track keeps you on track with regular doctor visits. If you suffer from diabetes, or are at a high-risk for developing diabetes, we will send you a Health on Track postcard. Take the postcard with you when you visit your doctor.
