Non-Participating Provider Set-Up
If you are currently enrolled with Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP), have an Indiana Medicaid provider number, and your NPI is on file with Hewlett Packard (HP – formerly EDS), proceed to STEP 2.

If you are not currently enrolled with the Indiana Health Coverage Programs, do not have an Indiana Medicaid provider number, or have not reported your NPI to HP, please proceed to STEP 1.

STEP 1 – Enroll in the Indiana Health Coverage Programs (IHCP)
To be reimbursed by Managed Health Services (MHS), you must be enrolled in the IHCP. Please enroll online by visiting the Indiana Medicaid Web site at www.indianamedicaid.com. Once you have completed enrollment AND received an Indiana Medicaid provider number, proceed to STEP 2.

STEP 2 – Enroll with MHS
Once you have received your Indiana Medicaid provider number, you may enroll as a non-contracted provider with MHS. Please complete the non-par set-up form. Please ensure you follow all instructions on the form. Once received by MHS, the enrollment process may take up to two weeks.
