MHS offers management programs to empower members to achieve the highest level of wellness, functioning and quality of life when diagnosed with asthma, high-risk pregnancy and diabetes. Additionally, MHS provides education and follow-up for members at risk of lead poisoning. Our programs and interventions are stratified to address the various needs of members.
