Event: Covering Kids & Families Back 2 School

Description: CKF assists with the application process for programs such as Hoosier Healthwise, The Healthy Indiana Plan and Health Advantage. In helping families with the application process, CKF discovered that many children needed eye glasses, dental check-ups, sports physicals, immunizations and necessary school supplies. CKF wanted to create a “health fair” event that would meet the needs of these families by providing free healthcare screenings in one place.
MHS will have a booth at this event…please come out and see us!!!
